• Contact details you give us, for example your name, company, plant type, what you want MIE to solve, and your phone number or email when you book a demo.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Usage and log data needed to run the website securely, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
• Platform data for MIE customers: machine readings, configuration and account information, processed under your agreement with us.

How we use it

• To reply to your demo request and set up a walkthrough.
• To provide, secure and improve our products and services.
• To communicate updates and support.
• To prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use client platform data to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model.
• We do not expose one client's data to another.

Third parties

We use a small number of providers to run the website and send email, including our hosting provider, our email (SMTP) provider and Google Fonts for typefaces. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
